Q. When I book a castle from you I would like it for the whole day, what is the maximum amount of time I can have it for?
A. Normally our last drop off is 12noon (unless by prior agreement) A day constitutes of an 8 hour period. So if you would like it droped off at 10am, the latest we would pick it up is 6pm. If you would like it longer why not try one of our bouncy castle weekend hire deals.

Q. Are the inflatable’s that you supply of a commercial grade?
A. Simple the answers is yes. We don’t buy cheap Bouncy Castles from Argos etc and pass them off as commercial castles. We buy very expensive commercial Bouncy Castles made to the highest standards.

Q. When I hire an inflatable from you where do I have to pick it up from?

Q. Do you stay with the inflatable while it’s on hire and supervise it?
A. No it’s up to the hirer to supply adequate supervisin, as a rule, but we are able to offer supervision at very reasonable rates. Why not send us an Email to discuss your needs.

Q. I have had several problems in the past with bouncy castle companies cancelling and not turning up! How do I know RBC isn’t the same?
A. At Richs Bouncy Castles we have worked very hard to build a solid and respected reputation. We have supplied lots of different inflatable solutions to different people and companies without letting anybody down, being late, or receiving a bad report. RBC’s biggest customer hires over 60 castles per year and they are very happy to continue at that rate. Please take a look at our feedback page for our customer quotes regarding our service.

Q. What if it rains on the day I want to hire a castle do I still have to pay?
A. Sorry but the answer is yes. You must pay the full amount if the weather is too bad to put the inflatable up safely. The member of our team will advise you if they feel the weather conditions are too bad and their word is final. However, We do offer rain insurance at a premium from as little as 20% of the total hire cost. This would mean you would receive a refund of the hire cost if the team member decides the weather is to sever to use the inflatable, but why not use our indoor hire services? Q. I would like to hire a castle and slide. Would I receive a discount if I were to book the both for the same day?

Q. My organisation is having a fate. Can RBC provide bouncy castles?
A. Not a problem, Contact us with your requirements. We offer two kinds of service a; where we supply you with your inflatable requirements for a reduced fee and advertise at your fate or b; where we supply your fate with normally a large bouncy castle, small castle and slide include supervision and charge per person. Contact us with your details and we are happy to work a deal out.

Q. I own/manage a regular car boot sale and would like you to attend to supply a bouncy castle etc, are you able to do this?
A. Yes Contact us with the details of your car boot and we would be happy to discuss terms.

Q. I own a pub and can see the benefit that a bouncy castle could be to my business can you help?
A. Yes, very much so! Lots of people sell inflatables but none offer the after sales support RBC offers.
